The color is very nice, but you gotta get that front valence already man! Also, what are you doing with the bumper? Are they paying to get it repainted? Looks nice, keep us updated.

under the hatch, and around the t-top area, along with all the door jambs, the underside of the hood, and the backside of the doors is orange. I painted the engine cay black because i'm not a real big fan of matching engine bays.
The guy that hit me is one of my best friends, so im gonna paint it along with the front GFX with the left over paint i have. Im only gonna charge him for renting the paint booth for the day.
OH, that is a 70 mustang in the garage, hibernating for the winter, (actually it's waiting for a transmission...)
here it is...
(can you tell i have a thing for orange?)

i made a decal on my sisters decal cutter, and then instead of peeling away the backing, i peeled away the lettering ( kinda like taking a sticker off of a sheet and then using the excess instead of the sticker), and formed it around the brake light lense. ( i took the unit apart). After sitting there for about 30 min getting it to stick in all the little grooves it was done.

Just wondering, but what kind of tires are you running? Are they 245 or 255? I'm lookin to get tires for my new IROC wheels when I get back from spring break in a couple weeks, and I'm looking for opinions. Thanks.

they are the 245/45/16 Goodyear GSC's that CarNDrvr got us a deal on. I believe there are quite a few others who run them as well. They are a good all around tire, although they follow grooves in the road almost dangerously.

Aren't the GS-C's "directional" or whatever it's called? Needs a right and left? SLP has them for 99$ a piece, but they don't list them as right and left. How much did you get yours for? Also, what is your exhaust? It kinda looks like the pics of the Edelbrock, but it looks like it's hanging to low. I'd tuck them up under the bumper a little more like stock. Just my opinion....

yeah they are directional. Which really sucks because the IROC rims can't be rotated front to back. So i can't rotate the tires without having to dismount them. Kinda sucks but we got them for $59 a tire so it was worth it...
The exhuast is all edelbrock (sounds awesome) and i know i need to tuck them under but im consdiering goin with some 2 1/2 chrome tips and having them separated so they exit at the very corners of the muffler. I need to do something with it either way, cause it is hanging a bit...

Do you think they're worth the 99$ a piece for the take off's from SLP? I'm stuck between the GSC's and Ecsta Supra 712's, cause the Nitto price jumped up like 6$

honestly i wish i had gone with the 712's. My friend got them on his 5.0 about the same time i got my Gsc's, and it seems like he hooks ALOT harder. They are awesome in the rain too. Then agian it mgith be because i have about 35 more horsepower and an open rear, and he has a limited slip... Either way i'd go with the 712's in your situation, they should be cheaper anyway, and there brand new...
