I assume you are asking how to get the console out of your Camaro. Assuming it's the same as my 86, it's a piece of cake.
For starters take out the radio and hvac controls. Be careful removing the cable for the temp control. Also, where all the vacuum lines plug in, they don't just unplug. The harness is held in by 2 7mm bolts.
Remove shifter handle by prying out the clip in the front. Remove e-brake handle by removing screw on driver's side. Remove the torx screws in the shifter plate. Careful, there may be some fake ones. Where the radio and hvac was, remove any remaining 7mm bolts. Open console, there are t 7mm bolts up by the latch and 1 or 2 10mm on the bottom. The top part of the console should be free. Reach under and unplug power windows and/or trunk release.
After you remove the top part of the console, I believe right behind the shifter there is a bolt mounted horizontallly. I think there's 2 more where the box was. Then there is one on either side where the hvac was that goes up into the dash.
When removing the bottom piece, I found it easiest to put the e-brake half way up and lift from the back. Just be careful working it around the dash and brake handle.
It really is easy. Everything really justs lifts out. If it won't move easily, you missed a screw or bolt. Just take your time and keep checking for hidden bolts/screws.
