It's a process of using special rods that gently massage the dent out from the inside of the panel. Only trained people should attempt this. A mobile company in my area charges $65 per panel. Only pushed in dents like door dings or if you hit your car with your fist can be taken out.

ever heard of the twist-a-dent? My stepdad ordered one, we just got it in but haven't gave it a try yet. It works by fastening a suction cup with a hot glue type substance to the dent, then attaching the tool to it, and turning the ****. it works kinda like a gear puller/flywheel puller for small gass engines. i'll fill you in if it works.

someone just posted about the twist a dent thing. It says it removes the dent portion but still leaves a ripple effects where the metal was stress. Metal isnt quite like a platic bottle that will bounce back perfectly.
