Need Help With p/n's - PICS INSIDE

What are the part numbers of the two pieces of plastic that I have arrows to in the picture below? When I order these pieces will they come with hardware? If not, how can I get hardware to attach them? The one towars the back of the car is there but it is broken. I would really appreciate if someone would look to see the part numbers and post them.
Thanks

Upper radiator mounting panel is p/n 10069174 and is used from 1988-1992.
Hood latch surround panel is p/n 14019578 and is used from 1982-1992. GM calls this a fascia filler panel.
These will not come with any mounting hardware. Any auto parts store will have these generic fasteners.

Yes this is normal. GM will never call it what it's normal name is.

the upper radiator mounting panel is the wrong one. it looks like it is for a dual fan setup and i have a single fan setup. is there another one?
