The headlight motors on my GTA are acting up again and the "rotate the gear" fix isn't cutting it anymore. It bought me more time but the gears are just getting too worn.

Does anyone have a good source for new headlight motors -OR- perhaps know of some kind of replacement gear?

 

I use to see advertisements in the back of Hot Rod & Super Chevy & etc for headlight repair places; but can't remember any names/numbers. The bummer is, they only sell 87-up (two wire actuator) headlight parts, nobody made parts for the 82-86 three wire actuators. Try a yahoo.com search. Also try fierostore.com , they might carry the same parts. Aren't the fiero flip-ups similar in internal design to the f-body flip ups?
