T-handle manuel shifter

I'm looking to replace my factory ball handle with an T-handle. Any suggestions as to what and where. Will I need to bore out the hole to make it fit?

Transmission: 700R4

Axle/Gears: 3.42

Just get a Hurst Shifter, there much better then stock....
