I posted this in the cooling forum too. hmmm this is probably a better place.

OK My IROC has factory air, but the only vents are the center ones...the others at each side of the dash are blocked off...wtf that is about I have no clue. Anyway, when I put my hand over the blocked panels...they feel cold...so it seems like all I need to do is cut out the dash and install the vent heads...anyone ever do this? let me know before I screw up my dash.
