fiberglass hood installation?

How do the Bolt on fiberglass hoods bolt to the stock hinges?
Do you have to drill and tap the holes?
Particularly on the American Sportscar Design brand hoods (cause I already ordered one)

They come with threaded inserts that are made into the fiberglass and you use your factory stuff to bolt it up.
