Carbon fibre trim kits.
Carbon fibre trim kits.
Has anyone here got a carbon fibre trim kit for their car? I've seen one available from year one but they don't show any pics of it and exactly what all it covers.
IMO they're not worth it at all. I bought one for my dodge avenger a while back, and granted it looked decent, for the price it wasn't worth it. Most places sell the fake carbon fiber (looks like a$$).... stupid me wanted to have real carbon fiber (colored red too), so I payed up the ***... think around $220 for about 16 pieces. I say spend a good $20-40 on primer, paint, clear coat, brushes, etc. and do a custom paint job inside your car...... can customize to your liking and u can say you did it yourself.
Anyways...heres one w/ a wood finish off of ebay...granted its not what you wanted, but shows you what pieces you'll most likely get w/ any kit

www.superiorcustoms.com sells a kit for 82-92 Camaros that comes in Walnut, Rosewood, or Carbon Fiber. The Carbon fiber kit is around $300. Good Luck.
