Liftgate hatch mount broken

Ok, I have a bit of a problem here. The mount on the drivers side for my liftgate somehow got torn away from the body. How do I fix it? I don't even know who I would call to find out. A bodyshop? or some welding shop? I am in the St. Paul, MN area so if anyone knows who does this sort of thing that would be great.

Here is a pic of what I am talking about:

Are you talking about the where the hinge mounts to the car, or where the lift strut thing mounts to the car? Anyways yea a body shop could fix it, or just about anyone with a welder, just make sure they know what they are doing, they heat it up to much and there goes your paint on the outside of the car.
