Seat bolts - broken

The rear bolts on the drivers seat of my '83 camaro z28 just broke off. I haven't actually got the carpet out yet, but it looks like a big problem to fix, the floor looks fine (no rust) though.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
