license plate ?
Just wondering ,the rear license plate come factory with the little lever to pull it down?The lever actually snaps into the bracket where the screw hole is......thanks

the rear lecense pate bracket,theres the four holes where the plastic clips for the mounting screws go,well 1 of the is replaced with a black handle/lever to pull the license plate down

Never heard of any thirdgens with that. Probably just some rinky-dink **** someone put on there.

I have one, i think they came with the license plate bracket but over the years people probably broke them off...

I've got one on my '84 Z28, but my '86 Z28 didn't have one. The parts book shows 1982-'87 useage and bears GM part# 14068832 and is called a handle.
