POR 15 Weldable?

Can you weld subframe connectors over por15??
I ask because I want to know wich to do first. I would perfer to use the por15 first so that I can get the areas under where the sfc willl go.

No the area has to be bare clean metal. The POR afterwards will seal it just fine. There are also companies that sell a paint/primer that you can weld over just for that purpose.
