It seems easy enough, but anyone have any tips? Especially on those b!tchy little plastic clips on the bottom... I think there are like 6 or so of them, I forget. Anyone at all??? Spent like 3 minutes just trying to rip ONE of the d@mn things off.... Any help would be great, thanks.

The easiest way I found was to use pliers and pull down on the middle part of those bottom clips. Most of the time the whole piece will come out once you get the middle part down about 1/2 inch. If it doesn't you should be able to work it out.

I had a bitch of a time removing that when I first did it.

Make sure you have a 10mm deep reach socket. I think there are some 11mm and 12mm bolts also.

Also the headlight bar comes off with the nose. So when you think you are done and its not coming off.. chances are the headlight bar is still attached.

Thats like what I did. Took some pliers that had some wire cutting type deal at the base of the jaw or whatever. I just work the cutting part under the head of the pop rivets and pull them right out... takes like 2 seconds.

thanks guys... any of you happen to remove the fenders also? looks like it could pose a slight problem... the hood and the ground FX look like they ease their way into the equation somewhere....

yeah you will have to take the hinge to the hood off(where bolted onto the fender) take the many 10 mm bolts out of the top then you will have 3 (nuts) through the fender into the headlight bar/front nose take the RS or Z28 emblem off, there are 2 screws in there(note: you do not have to remove the side gfx to remove the fender, but you will have to pull it upwards to remove it), there will be a 13 under under the carwhere a lip is for the fender, it will have to be removed also. there are also several other bolts under there(2) that you will have to also remove, it will be easier to take the fender off with the front gfx released, also note that there is a small bracket hidden behind the headlight bar that holds the fender in the front, also a brace on the bottom of the front. If you are taking pass side fender off you will also have to remove the nut holding the antenna up-off.
umm, i think that is it/or close to it, if you have any problems just PM me and I'll go look at mineso that I could tell you for sure.
later
