I'm working on my 88 GTA and the driver side headlight will not pop up. Not a big deal except that the light and the parking light do not go on either. I just replaced the bulb to the parking light and it will flash with the hazards or the turn signal. If the headlight motor is shot wouldn't the headlight and parking light still go on. I searched on the topic and I think it may be the switch (as discussed in previous posts). Anybody have any insights? I know my 94 Firehawk had separate fuses for each of the two headlight motors. But even then, the lights would go on if the fuse was blown (it just wouldn't pop up). I don't want to start pulling apart the headlight motor until I get the lights lit as it may not be the issue (yet).
