well, the body work has begun! paint is on its way and im so excited!!! heres some pics..






and here you see the freshly welded antenna hole.. mm. smooothe

Looks great, but if I were you I would take off the front and rear bumpers. Reason is the last time we painted the 83 S/E we left them on and now there is rust coming through the seam, also the finished product looks way better!

Right now I rigged up my own hidden antenna. It consists of an antenna extention, which is basicaly a long adapter to make the connection from the headunit to the antenna. I just ran this wire under the dash and into the a pillar, then above the headliner almost to where the hatch begins. I get about 3 stations, which I don't really mind since I'm more of a cd person anyways. If I can find a good hidden antenna later on, then I'll go with that.

If I was you i would get a power antenna and put on the back of the car.
