power windows eh!
Four things are possible
1:Wires are corroding
2:Motor or arm may need some powdered graphite lubricant its dark and looks like pecil lead dust.
3:Power relay maybe going bad and needs to be replaced.
4:If its been raining hard recently in your area water may have seept into the motor, this happend once on 84' I had and the motor needed to be replaced on the driver side window after the mechanic disassymbled the motor it self!

Another easy way is to simply replace the door and change the locks if you can find one the same color?

I agree as well thats a little overboard... The way i see it mine will just be slow untill they go out then I can address the problem. Its really not a problem at this point, just an annoyance
.
. i had recently replaced my passengers power window motor, because it was so worn out that the window would stop like halfway and i had to wait a bit to get it to go down..
my drivers side is like 3 to 4 seconds slower to go up/down..
i am waiting on that to break soon, i give it another year...
new motor only like 50 to 60 bucks, i got mine from Advance Auto Parts and it has a lifetime warrenty..
good luck, changing motors is not hard, just takes time and another persons hands to help you.. it took me and my pop about hour and a half including the trip to the store..
