Dash Pad ?????

I know about 800 people have asked where they can find a new dash pad but if anyone has found a place to get one please let me know. Mine cracked the other day from the 100+ heat in Texas. The heat has been so bad I left a un-opened can of Dr. Pepper in my moms car a couple of weeks ago and I came out and it exploded all over the interior. The top of the can was literally peeled back like a can of tuna!!

Anyway please somebody tell me where I can buy a new dash pad!!! I know eBay has some but I'm looking for a company to buy it new from. Somebody please help!!!

I know there has to be a place in this gd world that sells dash pads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have looked everywhere somebody please help!!!!!!!!

Is that a cover or a whole new pad? If it's a whole new pad, and it fits well, that's a steal! The used stuff on Ebay sells for more than that!

You can buy OEM from classic industries and Year One, but it's going to run you around $300.

Actually, you can't anymore. I tried yesterday. Classic Industries is now setting up tooling for repro. units and I'm on that waiting list now.

It's a cover that fits over the existing pad.

"DashTop's feature a contoured fit, correct texture, thick and durable materials and original-looking radio speaker patterns. Applications cover most import and domestic automobiles and trucks.

DashTop's custom designed molded plastic dashboard covers are the permanent answer to cracked dashes. DashTop's fit right over the existing dash, eliminating the need for dashboard replacement or temporary patching. There's no need to remove the dash or instruments, and no need for special tools."

That sucks. No wonder it's so cheap.

I would suggest using ebay.com just do some reasearch....

Make sure to buy from somebody with alot of feedback
Use paypal.com is possible to pay(free insurance & refund)
Make sure there is a picture
Contact the seller before the auction ends

I used ebay.com to get mine and it was great, you just gotta be careful....and you can save some $$$$$
