There is acid in Coke, Pepsi, and in most sodas. In most cases there is not enough to do damage that is beyond repair, consider that it would dry and the acid would not be as effective as wet acid. Also considering that the soda was not on the paint very long, there was probably no long term ill effects. ( You will probably have more damage with Acid rain in the next 5 years than what the soda did.)

The good thing was you cleaned it off. now wax it.

hope everything works out alright.

i only called the cops cuz it happened in the town where my mom works for the PD, so i know the cops are gonna be helping me 100%, when u work 2 jobs for a year saving up for something that means alot to you, you have to do whatever is needed to make sure it doesnt happen again. not to mention this wasnt a little soda, it was atleast a cup full over my car.

police......they ripped my car apart friday looking for drugs or somethin, and apparently they thought i was a street racer ....lmao. wasn't funny at the time though, but looking back they kinda made themselves seem like total jackasses. As for calling the cops for soda spilled on my car, before the events of the past few months i would've backed that up, but if you're a teenager they'll find a way to get your *** in trouble too, if they even show up when you call. I would not reccomend beating anyones *** now that you got the cops involved, but these days it seems like vigilante justice is the way to go, IMHO. not saying go beat peoples *** for stuff that pisses you off, but confronting them seems like the best way to go. but putting myself in your shoes i would confront their nutz with my foot

Why not just toss some soda on their car(s)? Eye for and eye and all that... If they don't have a car, then get their parents' cars. Hell, leave a note on the car when you do it stating that it was done 'cause their daughter(s) ****ed someone up, in a manner of speaking... Of course, public humiliation is a good way to get back at them....

Can I pour soda on your car? I am sure you would not like that. Hell a kid that backed into my caddy and busted my custom plate and bracket had his truck keyed. People should have total respect for anothers vehicle. the one who should STFU is the one who can justify this action. I had a stupid hs kid try and sit on the hood of my T/A (my pride and joy) I got pissed and hit the kid and pushed him with the car for about 25' tearing up his clothers and skin. How much did he like that? It is all about respect and if they have none **** em and deal with it however you like!

i had a feeling that someone else here probably felt the same way i did about it. these girls got so scared, one of the 2 who did it called my cell phone and left a voice mail saying she tripped and spilt it on my car and she doesnt know why the other girl dumped it on my hood. she also offered to pay for, or wash my car. needless to say i will let the detective hear this message.

Let's just say what we'd all of thought in this situation - tell them to either

a) suck your c*ck, and all is forgotten...
b) Make out w/ each other while you watch/film, and all is forgotten...or
c) A combination of the above.

Crazy HS bitches....

Make them wash your car in a bikini of your choice(preferablly a Thong) in your driveway and video tape it, then share the video on winmix, and give the link out to everyone at their High School. Can be very humiliating to them, depending how they look in a thong Bikini!!!

Hell yeah! some ******* at my school took a banana and wiped it all over my truck, I went over to his house late at night with some friends and we pissed all over his car and let the air out of the tires.....

another time this kid tried to climb on the front bumper off my car.....I knocked his *** onto the pavement!

whenever someone opens their door into my car in a parking lot, I "accidently" smash my door into their knees....

no one f***'s with my cars! viligante justice rules.

MY friends think Im over protective of my car. Yesterday some guy parked like a foot away from my drivers door. I could barly get in and the whole time I yelling out what I should do to his car.

Oh and last year this one *** kept trying to set my car alarm off and I got pissed off at him. So I found a sticker that said "Boys Wanted" I put that on the bumper of his car and he drove around for about a week and never noticed. Till someone told him then he punched me in the nuts OUCH!! After I recovered a few minuties later I kicked his *** and kicked him in the ***** as hard as i could. Basicly he never messed with me or my car again.

DAMN!!! One post too late. Exactly what I was gonna say. Head over to their car in the parking lot that morning, toss a couple slices of balogna (who the F came up with the spelling on this?) on their car, and watch the mayhem when they come out that afternoon!

Great stuff

Oh, and I think your right for letting the law handle it. Then if that don't work, follow any of the above given advice. I like the fat girl idea. That always seems to work.

I have to agree! FIrst of it is just pop, wash it off and all is good! It will not hurt you paint in the least. I've been detailing cars for 13 year now and never had any problems with paint. As for all the post ****** here. WTF! WHy do you all have to act like children. WHy did the person put the pop there to begin with??? What did you do to this person? Did you put chocolate in there peanut butter This is a waste of space. As for calling the cops.....Why???? It's POP! Not acid or paint thinner. Jezzz!!!!

would u like if i put soda on your car? and soda can damage paint, if u dont believe me, pour some on your hood on a nice sunny day, and dont wash ur car for a few days. let me know how that goes. i only called the cops becuz it happened in a town where my mom works for the PD (i said this before.) they threw the soda on my car becuz they dont liek my gf. the are jelous cuz they all wanted my dick at one point or another and never got it.

okfoz: There is acid in Coke, Pepsi, and in most sodas. In most cases there is not enough to do damage that is beyond repair, consider that it would dry and the acid would not be as effective as wet acid.

i had a dude put sugar in my gas tank once. I was kinda expecting it so it never caused any problems. So as a friendly gesture back to him, i put 2 pounds of sugar in the gas tank of his 2001 Mustang GT and cut one of the brake lines. I can tell you that he never ever screwed with me again. Needless to say, he isn't driving that car anymore.

I believe that cutting a brake line is considered attempted homiside, if I were you I would keep that to yourself...

I seriously regret ever having done that, cut the brake lines i mean, but that was my stupid, immature way of dealing with the problem at the time. I should have just stuck with the sugar and there'd still be one less mustang on the road that way. Dont anyone bite my damn head off for this, I know what i did was wrong.

Glad to hear you know it is wrong. But.. you should keep that kinda stuff to yourself if you don't want to get the whole 9 yards to go with it. That is or would be considered attempted murder. Glad I don't live anywhere near you!

i would be pissed if someone spilled soda on my car.. it will hurt the paint, so i know from experience.. it was a few years ago, i was at the drive in w/ a friend and 2 chicks, well my idiot friend left a soda on top of the passenger t-top, then took the t-top off.. spilled an entire 44oz soda on the pass door, seat and back seat.. well, the next morning i went to open the pass door and it felt like the soda had glued the door shut.. i actually had to kick the door open.. when i did that i took almost all the paint on the door hindge off..

but that was in the past and i dont have that car anymore..
