Thats right, my ceiling is falling down in my camaro and I need to know the cheapest way to get it too stay up, I have a sunroof in it and it leaks so I need one that won't fall down when a little water bugs it...

I have used the headliner repair screws which are available at most auto part stores. They are black plastic buttons that you screw into the foam. They seem to work well as long as your headliner backing is not crumbling away. If that doesn't work pull it out carefully, if you don't pull it apart it can be fixed and recovered for less then half the cost of a new one. The 3m stuff will make a mess of your headliner and won't keep it up for long if your backing is crumbling away. It will stick to the loose particles and fall off plus it can seep through and make the material look really nasty. Another suggestion would be to go to the junk yard and pull one out of another car, recondition the backing, cover it then cut the sunroof hole and just rip out your old one, you can fix allot of leaks with the headliner out. There is alot of info on this board on fixing your own headliner.

you can buy headliner material at Jo-Ann fabric. Do a search for instructions. I've typed it out a bunch of times, as have many others. You'll get all you need by using the search.
