gauge cluster

recently switched to a 145mph gauge cluster. Now tach and speedometer register too high. need some help.

Engine: V8

Transmission: 700R4

the speedo is corrected by changine gears in the tailshaft of the transmission...i think it's the same for electrical and mechanical senders, the tach i'm not sure about.
