Yep, the front bumper is totally different. Also, there -ARE- brackets that the GFX mount to under the door. Look at the car that you take them off of and you will see what I am talking about, they are pretty big and hard to miss. You will need to either cut those off the car, or rig something up on your car. The brackets are welded to the body.

Ah the ground effects conversion. I did that a while back to my 85 sc. Its real easy to do. When you take the gfx's off of the donor car, make cardboard templates that percisely locate the holes that you need to drill. EX for the door gfx, line the bottom corner of the door up with the bottom corner of the cardboard and poke the holes into it then line it up on your berlinetta and drill through the holes you put onto the cardboard and youll be set. As for the side gfx support that goes under the door, get some strong thin metal that doesnt eaisly bend and bend it to the V like shape it needs to be attached to the body and mate flat with the gfx. Then you need to weld it to the car and put the rocker panel gfx on and make sure its lined up correctly and drill the holes for the mount in their proper locations and your done with that part. I hope I sorta made sense

Yep yep. It's a factory rubber one for now though, next summer it gets the boot for a fiberglass replacement. I see why the firebird guys hate the factory spoiler material.
