Car: 1985 Z-28
Engine: a big one
Transmission: 4 spd auto soon to be a 6 speed
step 1 find yourself a 92 car

step 2 grab everything off of it you want

step 3 put it on your car

it should all work nicely. you may need to drill some new holes for the gfx, but it should be a strait forward swap.

Well...if you wanna do that....I hope you have a BUNCH of money....I redone my 84 Z28 as a 1992 Z28...I had about $1200.00 in just the ground effects and spoiler. You'll have to drill a bunch of new holes, and you'll have to cut some of the reinforcement underneath the front nose off to put in the 85-92 nose.....good luck.....let us know what you end up doing. If you have any questions.....email me at hoppinss@aol.com.....I have done it all.....

Why not just sell the 82 and buy a 91 or 92?
