You replaced just the lower pins? The upper hinge repair kit by 3rdGenSolutions is what you'll need to repair it. That kit is available from 3 sources I'm aware of. 3rdGenSolutions, Top-Down Solutions and Spohn. The kit will fix the problem you are having.

Thanks for the info Lon.
How much does the kit cost and how hard is it to install?

For the price, check the web sites for each of the distributors or mfr. How hard depends on having the right tools on-hand or not. I purchased a special door-hanging jack from Harbor Freight. I recommend it over the cherry-picker method Andy recommends. You definitely NEED something to hold the door safely and securely while doing the job. I also made a couple of tools by modifying a 6" & 8" C-clamp to push out the lower hinge pin and the bottom of the two upper hinge pins. I prefer this method to trying drive them out with a punch. The top upper hinge pin can be pushed out using a long punch. You'll also need a Dremel tool to gind off the swaged ends of the old pins. I also highly recommend getting the spring removal tool that Andy and others have recomended (do a search on "door spring removal tool"). It is roughly a 3-hr job for me. It would be less if I didn't take off the inner door trim. But I need to only to remove one hidden screw holding the triangular door seal for better access to grind the hinge pins. I can e-mail you a sheet I created that details all the steps. Or you can follow the instructions on Andy's site. I also recommend replacing the door striker bolt while you are at it.
