Where would I get a 2002-2003 GM paint?

The time has come to paint my car. My favorite color I've seen so far, by far, is 2003 GM (Cadillac) blue onyx. Not sure if they started using it earlier or not. Will that color be hard to come by, and/or ridiculously expensive, because it is so new and specific? Can I get it through a dealer, or should I be able to get it anywhere that supplies paint?

Also, will that only come in urethane or should it be available in laquer or acyrlic enamel?

any automotive paint store should be able to get you the color, in base and clear

Yup. As soon as the new model year cars are released the paint mixing shops will have the new formulas.
