4th gen Vs. 3rd gen wheel wells?

Engine: 406 SBC
Transmission: 4R70W
Axle/Gears: Moser/Strange 9" 3.73, spool
4th gen Vs. 3rd gen wheel wells?
I know it's an odd question, but is there a difference in how much clearance the 4th gen wheel wells Vs. 3rd gen wheels have?
Also will 4th gen seats fit a 3rd gen (just kidding on that one)
