how to replace front TA hood vents?

Mine are faded so I got some to replace at boneyard, but the ones I got were just attached by some type of glue/foam stuff holding down the front part.

What do you use when you replace these to keep them in place? I also want to be able to take them off again!, so I dont want anything VERY permanent.

In my 86, Im not sure, but I think they have bolts?? The new ones I got the back slides under hood but the front has some adhesive on it.

nope....both my 87 and my old 92 had the bolts. I'm thinking that is one weird hood you got those louvers off of.

If I remember correctly, the speed nuts screw onto plastic tabs on the vent, when those tabs break, you have to use something else to keep them mounted, so the previous owner probably just glued them in.
I've got a hood with some vents in it that I don't need, make me an offer.
Here is the hood,
