Does this sound reasonable......(4th Gen dash related)

They are asking the following for a 4th Gen dash from a LS1 car??

I was thinking about possibly doing this swap once i know a little more, but wanted to check out some prices first.....

dash itself is $200.
Gauges are $150 used.
lighted HVAC assembly is $15 used.
The top pad is $75 used.

Sound reasonable?

I was quoted $300 for the entire dash assembly with all the wiring, cluster, controls, etc.. Don't remember if that price was with the airbag or not, since I mentioned that I didn't want an airbag. This is from a local salvage yard here in VA.
