not hot enough

hey, im in ny and the weather has gotten pretty cold, were at like 30 degrees now. i have a 180 stat, with a hypertech chip in. i plan on putting back the stock 1 for the winter. anyway, the car doesnt run hotter than like 130 when im driving, i let it warm up and all. i dont care that the car runs cool, but the heat sucks ***! im fukin freazin in the car. i changed the heater valve so i dont think thats the problem. anyone hhave suggestions or comments? thanks.

put a piece of cardboard in front of the radiator, blocking some of it off. At least you will get some heat.
