are base model firebird fenders the same as GTA fenders?

yeah all except the gfx and the holes for the gfx

the only thing i was wondering was the holes on the top that go into the body...the holes under the GFX dont worry me..i can drill them out

i can get a near mint firebird fender for 30 bucks froma junkyard....now why would i pay $149 for a "GTA" fender from yearone?
