Need a new fender and headliner.

Should I spring $75 for a used fender @ Thirdgenresource.com or just go to a junk yard? How much would a fender be at a yard? While my car is away for the winter I wanna fix it. Also where else besides thirdgenresource can i get a headliner? thanks.

135 bucks for the headliner at Hawks...

not sure but its worth a trip to a junkyard, maybe even find their number and give them a call and ask.. i will take a guess and say most likely a alittle less than 75 bucks..

That's a lot for a headliner. I went to a salvage yard and got one:
$10-old headliner
$25-new material
$15-glue

There... new headliner for $50 instead of $150 Of cousre, you will be spending a few hours on this, but I'm sure it woud be worth it if you like working on car stuff.

Definitely do the headliner yourself. Its a great thing to learn, and its pretty easy the first time. Plus, once you know how, you can help all your friends avoid that $150.

is it possible to fabricate your own headliner from scratch, or do you need that fiberglass backing no matter what?
