My two inner handles are broken...and here in Chile i cant
find any inner handle for thirdgens ˇˇˇ
Is there any other GM car that uses the same handles apart
from the FIERO and FBODY?
PLEASE IF SOME OF YOU HAVE TWO INNER HANDLES
IN GOOD SHAPE AND WANNA SELL
PLEASE PM ME CAUSE MY CAR COULDNT PASS THE
TEST HERE IN CHILE AND I CANT DRIVE IT ONLY FOR
THE HANDLES

look on Ebay they usually have a bunch of new ones and used ones.

what are handles made of ????
i need them tomorrow....
can they be welded ?????
Both are broken but i need to pass the revision test.
im gonna weld them as urgency..but ..
i dont know if its possible or not ?

 

I believe Grand Ams from 85-91 used the same inner door handles.

 

The handles are metal but there is a spring type thing inside and I think that is the thing that brakes if your door handle works like normal it just wont open the door then the spring is broken but if the handle actually fell off, you could probably weld it.

The rod connected to the handle on mine actually had worn right through where it connected. Pulled the handle one day and it broke
