My car dosn't have these type door panels.

I just used a small flat head screw driver to pry it out, could also use eveglass screw driver. Take your time so you don't scratch it.

it's plastic. you can pry it out with a flat head screwdriver

Mine are metal. The Firebird symbol on the other screw cover on that panel is plastic.

It was metal,, I thoutht it was one of those push in friction tab things.I was wrong (don't spread that around)
