You'll have to take out the gauge cluster. Then on the back of it you will see the sockets for the lights turn the one that you need to replace about 30* then you should be able to pull it out and then replace the old bulb with the new one.

It's a bit more complicated than that........
Once you remove the plastic trim from under the dash & around the cluster you should be able to remove the clear lens and the black plastic "filler" without a problem. ( Just leave the dash cluster right in the housing ).
Then you will need to remove the digital cluster "face-plate" and the white "separator" using a 7/32 socet to expose the circuit boards and the gauges.
You will then be able to pull the light bulbs out ad replace them with new ones.
If you need to replace the little black light bulb "socket" than the cluster would need to be pulled out of the dash housing. In order to swap a bulb socket you will be required to separate the top circuit board from the others without damaging anything in the process !! The bulb sockets are installed from the back of the circuit board. .
Be carefull and be sure to *GROUND* yourself before playing with the inside of a digital dash !
Here is a picture of a Berlinetta digital dash cluster with the "face-plate" and white "separator" removed and the gauges/bulbs accessable:

I was thinking about the regualr gaugecluster, idiot light cluster and not the digital dash.
