Welcome to the boards 87z28camaro,
Looks like a custom stripe job. No thirdgen came from the factory like that. Nice t'top Z though. You need to polish your rims that will make em stand out. Oh you have a comma on the end of your hyperlink, you can go to his web page here

Yep they are stock rims. I dont polish stuff like the tech article say's I use power tools and a becnh grinder with polishing wheels and compounds to polish my stuff. Its a whole lot eaiser and you wont turn blue in the face hand sanding your rims.

I know what you mean by not living on a paved road. 4miles of dirt to get to my house and another 4 to make it back to the highway. Its possible that it could have been done at the dealership. Can you tell if your car has been repainted before?

hey, im goin by what the guy said, it has been repainted bout a year ago, by the owner, and the guy said he painted it the exact same color as when he pulled it out of the dealership, stripes and everything, so im thinkin of concluding that the dealership added it on to stand out and sell better, thats my guess??

i think it looks damn sharp like that...i'm all about cars looking different so long as they don't look ugly too...that car is a perfect example of how to look good and stand out...

thanks, the car wasnt a bad deal at all, came with a tpi 305 bored .30, new paint job, new interior, rebuilt engine, and only for 2,500, couldnt beat that, i talked the guy down from 4000 to 2,500, he sure needed the money, i've had it for about a year, and have had NO problems, yet, i dont want to jinx myself lol,
