parking brake flaps

parking brake flaps

u know those rubber flaps around the parking brake? can u replace those and does anyone know where i can get them?

I believe they are glud/bonded to the underside of the console. I know your condition, mine were cracked, faded, shrunk, almost everything that could happen to 'em. I swapped mine out for another console. (mine was broken anyways!)

the way they are attached is by thes plastic studs that are on the underside of that area, then the rubber peice and a metal peice with holes for the studs are placed on and the studs poke thru, then the little plastic studs are melted , and look kind of like a rivet. I removed my factory one, and made a new peice out of leather, then i used some epoxy to put the metal peice back on. It looks and works great.
