Wiper Blades

How do I remove the wiper blades (the actual blade arm, not the rubber refill) from my 91 RS? I'd like to get new blades because the paint on mine is flaking away... it looks like some sort of star shaped retainer clip but I can't figure out how to take it off without breaking something.

The arm is on that pin in the middle. Release the tension or clip which ever your blade has and pull the blade off. If your talking abou the arm thats atached to the car, the lift up on the arm and there is a little tab under the bottom. While holding up on the arm pull that tab out. Then lift straight up on the arm.
