Very Unusual Water Leak.....HELP!!

Ok so I have a water leak today in all the rain that I think is very unusual. I have my visors out right now because I redid my headliner and they are being recovered. Well in the rain today I was driving and water started coming into the car through the holes that the visors normally fill in. Now I guess the visors would keep it from leaking into the car, but I don't think water should be in there at all. Just to further clarify, it's the metal that runs the length of the top of the windshield.
Any ideas?....it's a t-top car if that helps.

now thats a new place for water to get into. Do you have any rust holes anywhere on the roof?

I had a problem with my t-tops leaking water would come out where the screws held the visor in for me, what i did was pulled it into my garage took my tops off looked everything over I found a big hole on both sides in the front that was not filled in the part where the rubbers are touching the middle bar you could have drank out of it. It was the same way on the other side of it, it leaked on my rears seats from the rear end of the bar. Previous owner does not know how to install the weather stripping in the place that matters the most, I felt like going to his house and kickin his a**, what a tard I'm was furious, so what i did was i bought a tube of black silcone and filled it up. No leaks since I did that.
