Question for those who've installed 4th gen consoles

Ive got mine in, and I've had it in. The middle and the back seems to sit fine, but the front just wont lay flat. It sticks up alot on the right side, and a lil on the left side. Is it just me or oes everyone have this problem, and how should i fix it? Thanks.

If u notice the passenger side will stick out a little due to the shape of the console naturally.

Well here what mine looks like...

You barely notice after you have modified the 3rd Gen radio pod, and i haven't had any troubles with it......

I also cut that little piece that extends, with what looks like a bolt hole???, I just cut it off and sanded it to look smooth.....

Hope this helps, but the console gets "pushed" down by the 3rd gen radio pod and holds in place.....
