i cant figure it out. i got a 1990 firebird. you have to get to it from behind right? theres too much crap in the way under the hood to get a hand in there. i tried going from underneath but that part is like sealed out from the buttom. how exactly do u change that bulb?

 

lift the car a bit..it IS a stretch. you have to get it from the underside...it's a pain, the socket kind of rotates out ike a light bulb, and the actual bulb is in the plastic socket. I'll see if I can find my original post on the same subject.

To loosen the bulb socket, when your looking at it from underneath, you must turn the socket counterclock - wise.
