Steering Wheel

I know this is a stupid question. but my steering wheel is crooked. I cant just take it off and put it on straight due to the horn wire so how do i straighten it?

Also remind them to center the steering wheel too, otherwise you will have a perfect alignment, but a crooked wheel.
Happened to me twice.
