My ash tray cover rattles...what can i do to fix it, it's annoying...could it be possibly a worn out spring or something, because i notice, that when i pull the switch back on it, it doesn't pop open, but i have to push it down in the back, then it comes open, and the noise stops when i hold the tray down...but I dont want to keep holding it! whats going on...thanks.

 

i took only the black piece that sits on top of that metal piece right off and used clear silicon to put it back on. so its not plastic directly on metal. no vibrations at all. just be careful when taking it off so you dont crack it. any more questions feel free to ask.
