Installed an overhead console...
I got an overhead console with the flashlight and everything for $45 off ebay
I got it installed and wired up, but I have a few questions. The button on the console that you press to turn on the dome light, I have to hold the button in for it to stay on. Is this how it's supposed to work? Or is it supposed to stay on if you just push it and then turn off if you push it again? Also, I need to replace the bulb in the flashlight...are these bulbs hard to find? I heard they are.

Apply with a Q-TIP, and work in. Last the bulbs are easy, basically a pr2 with threads, take it to walmart, and match up. later

The console is probably from a berlinetta. For some reason berlinettas have a 4 wire harness.Other camaros only have 3.Ive currently got both types.NON-berlinettas have 1blk,wht,org wire harness, but berlinettas use a 4TH purple wire(instead of wht),along with 2 org wires. Also the switch for the courtesy light(on camaros) has 3 wires, but the berlinettas use only a 2 wire switch.Dont know why though.Nor have i been able to figure it out.The only thing i can think of doing is change the wireing & switch & remove/diconnect the(middle)org wire.((might be able to attach a pic of both consoles)).
