door sill options

when i bought my car, the dude had an extra driver's side sill plate because the one on there is cracked. the only problem is the extra is too light of a tan color. my interior plastic is darker than it is, and it just clashes. so what are my options? i assume there's such a thing as interior paint to match the rest of my plastic, but where do i get it? dealership?

I'm sure you could find a duplicolor to match closely, but you'd be way better off getting a used piece from a junk yard or something in the color you're looking for. Tan should end up being real cheap on Ebay as well, most people want to get rid of their tan interior for black.

If you choose to paint your door sills, I don't think it's going to hold up, due to the amount of rubbing by the door itself.
