I dunno if this is on subject enough to keep from getting locked, but I'm gonna post it anyway. I was at a local car show/gathering today and there were a couple of 3rd gen i think it is RX7s... the newest body style or whatever. Their dashboards had this metal or aluminum or something ring around the gauges. Like how on our cars there is a circle for the tach, speedo, etc. on the RX7s each one had a shiney metal ring around it. I was wondering if anyone has any idea of what I'm talking about, and an idea of how to make it? I know someone had a really REALLY nice bird around here with something like this he custom made himself, but I can't find it now... I just think it gave it this really nice classy look.
Can anybody help me out? Thanks.

Honestly, from what I have heard, most of the stuff like that is either custom made, or some Aftermarket gauges come with those around it, you may PM powermite and find out for sure. There are also companies out there that make a complete aluminum kit that will cover the bezel, radio pod, and shift console. I hope his helps a little bit.

James C did this first, then I copied. It's a similar idea, but done with spray paint. The pic probably won't show up (stupid yahoo) so just click the link.
