White leather seats
White leather seats
Does anyone out there have a 3rd gen firebird with white leather seats? I have an opportunity to purchase some cheap and I'd like to see what they look like in a thirdgen first. My firebird is getting a new bright red paintjob and I will also get all new white decals and I think the seats would look nice in there. So if you have em could you post some pics please. Thanks.

i love the look of white leather seats. i am just scared to use them, because i know how often i jump in my car with grease all over my pants
Yeah. I have heard from most of the people I talk to with white leather that they are hard to keep clean. But hey, to lose my old ugly seats and get nicer white leather seats, I'd be willing to clean them every other day.

i think the seats will look pretty sweet. i thought about getting a white carpet and recovering my seats in white, but it will be driven too much to do that, so i just ordered black carpet instead.
I don't have any pics of white seats in a third gen, maybe by looking at a 30th anniverssary you could get an idea?? I have a 95'Olds convertable, Red with white seats the colors together are a real head truner. I would look into getting just your door panels done white also to set it off so it doesn't just look like you added white seats. I would keep everything else black. It is a very nice color combo. Of course I have a convertaible so that doensn't help but the white is hard to keep clean.
Well the seats are from a 25th edition Trans Am, and unfortunately, that's embroidered on the seats. I'll post pics if I get them, if not, no big deal I suppose. I just think the colors red and white go well together. I found a few pics of the white seats on trans ams, but it' still hard to get an idea of what they will look like.

Wow, that sounds like a really good idea. I'm suprised it hasn't been brought up before. If you decide to do it, post pics, I'm sure theres a few people who would love to see that.

aww heck, I know its not an F-body (at least its GM) but the car is Candy Apple Red and it has White seats ( and you really can't see the seats, but you can see the sail panel)
White in Red looks very nice, not great for daily driver tho (hard to keep cleen)

These seats aren't that white hehe. They are a bit old but still look nice. They also have the electrical lumbar on the sides of both of the front seats. Not sure how to hook them up though. I think I saw a post about that a while back. Just a few more days until I get my car back from getting bodywork and being painted. It's been gone now for 3 weeks! *sighs*
