I used a 99 cent bottle of paint thinner. Worked pretty well Pretty big bottle of it to. Used it for plenty other stuff as well. Go to the 99cent store or dollar store and Get you some of that good smelling stuff lol.. just dont smell it.

oh oh and anything flamable pretty much works. Rubbing alchol, lighter fluied, gasoline O.o.. ok that may not be such a good Idea on the gas part.. Mineral spirits.. which I dont know if its flamable.. but if it is I'm gonna go.. hehe never mind about that one.

Dont use windex.. even though I heard that is just rubbing alchol and blue water. Is this true? If so.. I'm paying to much for windex.. well.. probably not since I dont relaly buy it. *sruggs*

The best thing to use is soapy water with some fine (00 or 000) steel wool and a flat razor blade. Just had one of my windows retinted and that is what the guy used. HTH

use goof off , they sell it at home depot , and then use a razor to get it off. but the goof off will dissolve most of the sticky crap.

Use NAIL POLISH REMOVER!!!! It smells really bad, but it takes just about anything off. I used it to remove spray-on headliner adhesive that had been caked on my windows for about 3 months. Stuff works wonders.
