Hows it going people???

I'm fixing to be printing out some custom made white face gauges to take down to get laminated to install in my car.
When I go to actually print them out do I print them as full scale or scale to fit. If I do scale to fit what do my boarders need to be?? Sorry for all the questions but I'm using the paper that is like 15 bux for 10 sheets so I dont wanna waste all my paper playing with it.

print in full scale and print it on regular paper first
