3 piece spoiler doesn't line up

3 piece spoiler doesn't line up
My rear spoiler is not lining up and I can't figure iyt out.
Here's the pic:
I have those little rubber stops all the way screwed in and they are both the same length....
Any ideas on making it flush again?

Maybe youre deck lid needs adjusted. Does the deck lid line up with the quarters? There's a tech article around here on how to adjust it.
