Yes, it will. The auto feature only works with a quick tap up or down. I'll let everyone know how well they work, I just ordered one of them off the eBay link above....

How did the autolock auto-up windows turn out? Did they work as expected? I think you've had enough time to mount them by now, it's been 2 years

Re: Installed some Saturn power window switches
Quote: I didn't like the thought of putting pw switches in the ashtray so I got some from a contour and put them in the sides of my console. They have a (green) LED in them that lights the arrows with ignition power. I'm not so lazy that I have to have an automatic up/down feature so that was irrelevant to my search for a 'better' pw switch.
So does anyone have a wiring diagram for the Contour switches and power locks?

Deadbird has a diagram for the Contour window switches, and was kind enough to help me with the wiring when I used them on my car. I have the diagram he sent me, but not in my hands at the momenty. I do have some notes in front of me that I made at the time, though.

I can't for the life of me get the window switches and power lock switches to work. I can get the power lock switch to light up and lock the doors but not unlock. The window switches only light up--and that's because the power wire also powers the light like in the door lock switch. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Installed some Saturn power window switches
So after screwing around I've got to work. I got my switch from a 99-2000 model so its the newest style switch. Here's a closeup pic of how to wire the window switch. Also, keep in mind I took the front passenger and rear passenger window switches and didn't touch the driver's side panel from the Contour.

Layout:
Camaro Black = Contour thick Yellow/Blue + thick White/Blue [yes both wires]
Camaro Pink = Contour purple (power)
Camaro Blue = Contour thin White/Red
Camaro Brown = Contour thin Yellow/Red

Contour thin Black = null, tape it off

I'm working on the power locks switch, I got the switch to lock the doors but unlock is where I'm having difficulty. What's cool about these switches other than they are more robust and sleek is they have a light that lights up the switch so you can see it at night. So hopefully this can be a guide for someone else to do the same mod. I plan on putting these switches in the dash or on another part of the console.

Re: Installed some Saturn power window switches
Ok, I was half asleep when I posted that reply. I realized that I exercised FAIL in not picking up the pig tails, so im heading back to the bone yard this week to get them. (dont know what I was thinking) . I got the saturn switches mentioned and displayed previously. (2 switches in the center console on a single module) . I picked up 2 of these things but im wondering now whether it would be better to just do eh DEI530t unit.
